Vidhana Soudha

Vidhana Soudha is located at Cubbon Park. It is an important building as it is home to Karnataka’s legislative offices. There is a similar structure close to the Vidhana Soudha. It is called Vikasa Soudha.

Attara Kacheri

The Attara Kacheri is located just opposite to the Vidhana Soudha. Attara Kacheri is the building which has the High Court.

Jumma Masjid

Jumma Masjid is one of the most visited sites among Bengaluru monuments and landmarks. This is the oldest mosque in Bengaluru. Your trip to Bengaluru is incomplete unless you visit the mosque. The mosque is located at K.R Market.

Bangalore Palace

The Bangalore Palace is an interesting historical monument that has a charm of its own. The palace was built by Chamaraja Wodeyer in 1887. He was the Maharaja of Mysore.

Gavi Gangadhareshwar Temple

The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple was constructed during the 16th century by Kempe Gowda. Don’t miss out on the architectural splendor when you visit the temple in Bengaluru.

The Bull Temple

One of the well known Bengaluru monuments and landmarks, the Bull Temple was constructed in the 16th century. The structure reflects Dravidian architecture.

Of late, Volvo buses have started plying too. Some of the Volvo buses are air conditioned and few are not. You can also hop on an auto rickshaw to reach one of the Bengaluru monuments and landmarks. Auto rickshaw is a good option only if you are residing close to the tourist place. Traveling long distances by auto rickshaw is time consuming and makes no sense. A bus will undoubtedly be a better option.
