Bengaluru City

The city of Bengaluru is a wide and a diverse one with various characteristics. It is a perfect amalgamation of the IT industry and the state’s art and culture. Apart from that the city is also divided and sub-divided into many districts and divisions too.  The city also has an abundance of temples that is famous for the history behind and also the Dravidian architecture. Apart from that as you explore the city you will also find that there are some majestic buildings that belong to the colonial times. They are all inspired by the Renaissance period. Central Bengaluru District

This is an important part of the city. You have the famous places like Mahatma Gandhi Road, Sampangirama Nagar and Kasturba Road all situated here. You will find all the branded and the non-branded stuff in the Commercial Street Hub. From household products to clothes you would get them all. Places like Brigade Road, St. Mark's Road, Church Street and Museum Road have all the famous eateries and the restaurants. You can also find several cathedrals and churches here.

The Holy Trinity Church is also located at the beginning of the M.G.Road. The St Mark's Cathedral is also a famous one.  Apart from these all these you also have several hotels, restaurants and other city attractions. You also have shopping malls and movie theaters to visit with your friends.

South Bengaluru District

This part of the district consists of the Jayanagar, Koramangala, Basavangudi and J. P. Nagar.  This is a hub for the IR professionals. You have several attractions here that you can visit. Few eminent ones are the Bull Temple and the Lalbagh Botanical Garden. You will find several foreigners visiting these places on and off. Apart from this there are movie halls and pubs that you can visit. The place also harbors some of the eminent corporate houses like Infosys.

North Bengaluru District

This is one of the oldest parts of the city and has an old world feel to it. Places of interest are Malleshwaram, Seshadiripuram, Kumara Park, Bangalore Palace, Vasanthanagar, Lumbini Gardens and Fun World and so on. This part of the city has got the second largest bus stand. The region also has one of the famous hotels known as Le Meridien. With regards to urban amenities and facilities North Bengaluru would offer you all.

East Bengaluru District

This area is closely connected with Indiranagar which is one of the popular haunts of all corporate offices. You will also find some of the best residential accommodations here. Apart from that you can visit places like the Sri Lake View Maha Ganapathy Temple, Sri Someshwara Temple and the Shri Guru Singh Sabha Gurudwara. If you have an interest for textiles and garments you will find some attractive stores here.

West Bengaluru District

This is mostly referred to as the industrial area and has some of the best industrial estates. One of the famous tourist attractions here is the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace at Chamrajpet.
